The Second Saudi State is the state established by Turki bin Abdullah bin Muhammad Al Saud after the fall of the First Saudi State in the year 1233 AH - 1818 AD, at the hands of the forces of the Ottoman Empire of Egypt led by Ibrahim Muhammad Ali Pasha. During the years of his rule, Prince Turki bin Abdullah bin Muhammad Al Saud was able to make Riyadh the capital of his kingdom instead of Diriyah, which expanded in a limited way unlike its predecessor, and was harmed by conflict and internal wars, as the differences between the sons of Imam Faisal bin Turki bin Abdullah Al Saud caused In weakening the state and causing its downfall at the hands of the Emir of the Saudi State over Hail from the Al Rashid family in the year 1309 AH, corresponding to the year 1891 AD.
